The biggest Step is the first. That's why talking about your goals. why you want to reach them and how achievable they are is the best thing to do before committing to your fitness journey. That's why I offer a free 20 minute consultation (either face to face or on zoom) to help decide what the best direction for you is.

ONE TO ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

One to one training means that you get one thing. The attention that you need to get the most out of your exercise. Every programme is designed around you for exactly what you need. no one is the same and you may not realise where your strengths and weaknesses lie. We'll talk about what your goals are, the reason for starting exercise and how to accomplish them. Not only that but its about teaching you about everything to do with health and fitness to use for yourself to carry on with your fitness journey and keep improving.

REHABILITATION

For those who need to exercise for more than just their fitness. Rehab personal training is suited to those who have an injury, medical conditions or struggle mentally. Having worked with clients with a number of different issues, I understand the problems that someone can face because to pre-existing conditions.

​

Different aliments I've worked with are those with: diabetes, cystic fibrosis, knee and hip replacement, frozen shoulder, scoliosis, damage to the nervous system, lower and upper back pain, anxiety, depression and more. The most important thing to know is that any condition can be improved whether it be physical or psychological and lead to a better day to day life.

MOBILITY CLASSES

For others who are in need of additional help. I run mobility classes. These are also designed for people with disabilities, injury, medical conditions and low confidence.

These classes are an easier way into the gym environment physically but also socially. The aim is to work on yourselves and have fun at the same time by talking to those around you. They're also to teach those not confident in the gym how to use equipment and perform exercises.


  • Classes are Mondayand Fridays at 1pm

  • Up to 6 people per class. Please book in advance.

GROUP TRAINING

Prefer to train with a friend but you still need guidance. group sessions may be the route of you. Up to four of you training and enjoy exercise physically and socially.

they work just like a one to one session to train and teach you how to exercise. Although this doesn't offer the same specific attention as a one to one session, if you can train with people with similar goals then its the perfect situation for all.

*Due to restrictions, group sessions are limited to two clients and must be within the same bubble.*

HOME SESSIONS

There's a number of different reasons for someone not to come to the gym. Whether it is due to medical conditions meaning you cant leave your home, self confidence being in a gym environment or perhaps you just have a good enough set up at home with equipment, home sessions are also available. As long as there is room for exercise then it is possible.

​

This includes local areas such as parks or fields near by to you and running trails for those wanting to complete their couch to 5k or half marathon.

​

*Due to COVID restrictions, no home sessions can be completed inside and therefore must take place outside.*
