ABOUT ME

Hi. I’m George Moore. The man behind Moore Fitness. I am a personal trainer and also work in sports rehabilitation. I train those looking to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. I specialise in helping those who need additional help within the health and fitness industry. I am a fitness professional with six years of experience. Since I was young I’ve always had an interest in sport and helping others. Moving into a job where I get to treat people within the sports industry seemed the most appropriate. 


It’s a passion of mine to improve peoples lives through exercise and get them to a place of top physical condition. This applies to anyone from the young to the old. Working with those less fortunate due to disability, injury or a medical issue is my favourite part of the job. Improving their lives is something that motivates me and helps inspire me to be a better training.


One part of the job that I never knew would be such a big factor was the mental side of physical exercise. Everything that you accomplish comes down to how you approach it. If we approach exercise in a positive and correct way, then the benefits you gain from it are endless. Everyone struggles with their mental health in some capacity. The signs of happiness that people show in the gym and in themselves after just a few weeks always surprises me and their self confidence is always the first sign of improvement.


I know what you're thinking, it’s all easier said than done. Thats because it is. I, like so many others, also struggles with my own health and fitness. It’s something that doesn't come easy to me too. I have always struggled with self confidence, eating healthy and sticking to an exercise programme. However it doesn't make me a worse person for it. In fact, it makes me a better person when I finally accomplish my goals. Plus, it helps me empathise with those who struggle too. I want to pass on what I have learnt from my own experiences to everyone else.

My Mission

Everyone deserves a good way of life. No one should ever feel like they are being held back either physically or mentally. Our job is to help people realise the benefits of exercise in every capacity and ultimately feel great about themselves. Every person should feel confident and healthy in the body they're in.
